For patients and families: This Harvard Study is designed to understanding how two different medications work with specific symptoms of psychosis.
The CURESZ Foundation is currently accepting grant applications. To apply, see guidelines below or as a PDF here.
Step 1: Submit a letter of interest of about one page describing your proposal along with a copy of your CV.
Step 2: If accepted by the CURESZ Grant Review Committee, you will be invited to submit a full proposal.
Please limit your grant proposal to no more than five pages, ten point minimum, one inch borders. Please include the applicant’s name on the top of every page. Funding is limited to $5000.
Project Abstract
Describe in a few sentences the proposed program, capacity to carry out the program, and what results you are hoping to see.
Project Description
• Explain the significance and scope of the program
• Describe the protocol design and methodology
• Describe how the results will be analyzed
• If human subjects are involved, describe the size and characteristics of the research population studied
• Describe the proposed outcome of the project
• Name & title of the collaborators, if any
Funding Considerations
Describe past and future plans for obtaining other funding needed to carry out the project, including amounts requested from other sources.
Statement of Need
Briefly describe what new findings you expect from this project and why it is significant to psychiatry and society.

The Recipient:
Should you receive funds from the CURESZ Foundation, you will be required to use the funds only for those stated purposes for which the grant was made. You will be required to file a final written report with the CURESZ Foundation on how the funds were used or disbursed. If funded, the CURESZ Foundation requires that the researcher present the data as a poster and then publish it in a peer reviewed journal and acknowledge the support of CURESZ.
